Conference Registration
Each accepted contribution must be registered by the author registration deadline to be scheduled for presentation.

Registration fees
Registration fees are not refundable.
Other attendees must register under one of the following categories.

All registration categories include access to technical sessions (conference and workshop sessions), lunches, coffee breaks and Dinner Banquet.
If you have n extra paper(s), you have to pay n times the Extra paper fee.

The workshop author and regular attendee categories include access to all technical sessions (conference and workshop sessions), lunches, coffee breaks, and dinner banquets.
Authors attending the workshop only must register under the following categories.

Workshop ONLY 200 € 250 €
Workshop ONLY registration includes admission to the workshop session, coffee break, and inclusion of their contribution in the proceedings.

Letter of invitation
To obtain a letter of invitation, in particular to obtain a visa, you must send an email with the subject « ISCS 2026 Invitation letter » to jean-loup.guillaume@univ-lr.fr
specifying :
– your name and surname
– your institution and laboratory, as well as your position
– the exact address of your institution (including the country)
– the title and authors of the accepted submission, if any.
