A camera-ready version of your extended abstract is due no later than Avril 07, 2025.
Camera-ready preparation
Please follow these steps to ensure compliance with formatting and submission guidelines:
1. Format Paper: Utilize LaTeX and the provided FRCCS template to ensure correct font, spacing, and margins.
2. Proofread: Thoroughly check for errors in grammar, spelling, and formatting.
3. Citations and References: Confirm accuracy and proper formatting of citations.
4. Figures and Tables: Ensure clarity, proper labeling, and citation for all figures and tables.
5. Author Information: For accuracy, verify author names, affiliations, and contact details.
6. Address Reviewer Comments: Incorporate any feedback from peer reviewers, if applicable.
7. Create PDF: Convert the final version of your paper into a PDF format.
Camera-ready submission
Use CMT to submit the camera-ready version of your submission
1. Login to CMT at https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/FRCCS2025/
2. Select the Track FRCCS 2025
3. In the column Action, use the Create Camera-Ready Submission option.
4. Upload the PDF file of the final version of the abstract Fill out the checklist for the camera-ready submission. More information here.
5. Validate and save the changes
