Attendance

Use your Eventbrite account (you created when you registered) to join the conference events.

How do I attend the conference?

1. Go to the EventBrite page of FRCCS 2021
2. Log in (using the login and the password you used to book your ticket),
3. You can now navigate through the online program.

Oral Sessions

1. Click on the link « Go to Zoom » next to the session you want to join,
2. A pop-up menu asks you to open your Zoom client. Accept, and the Zoom client opens.

Poster Sessions

1. Go to the poster session in the program,
2. Each poster slot has four links:
   1. « Read the abstract » (valid during all the conference)
   2. « View the poster » (valid during all the conference)
   3. « Watch the video » – a short presentation of the poster (valid during all the conference)
   4. « Meet the Author » – a link to the virtual meeting (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) where you can interact with the poster presenter (valid only during the session).

How do I present my work in an Oral session?

To present your work in your session, you will receive by e-mail a private Zoom link.  You need to use this link to join the Zoom webinar of your session.

You need to join 15mn before the beginning of your session to get organized with your session and technical session chairs.

We strongly recommend not to share your Zoom link. Duplicated users will be left out of the meeting.

How do I present my work in a Poster Session?

• Your video will be presented to the audience during the first part of your poster session (PxA).
• Exchanges with the audience are scheduled during the second part of your poster session (PxB).
• You must activate your meeting room 10mn before the poster session starts.
• The management of the meeting is up to you. The link to your meeting room is published in the program and available for the attendees to join.
